Senator Pearce requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                 
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 42(FIN) An Act relating to                           
absentee voting, to electronic transmission of absentee ballot                 
applications, and to delivery of ballots to absentee ballot applicants         
by electronic transmission, and enacting a definition of the term              
`state election' for purposes of absentee voting; and providing for an         
effective date be taken up at this time.                                       
                                                                               
The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.

Senator Halford moved that the reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR                
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 42(FIN) be held to the March 18                          
calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                               
                                                                               
The bill will appear in third reading on reconsideration on the March          
18 calendar.
